Welcome to our little piece of paradise.  Our Non-Smoking condo is perfect for two people and is in a premiere location in sunny South Kihei, next to Wailea. Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view from our lanai looking towards the Islands of Kahoolawe and Molikini, as well as Mt. Haleakala as the sun rises.

The Condo offers free Wifi, Long Distance to Canada & USA and is air-conditioned with inside laundry, ceiling fans, fully furnished with white rattan Island style furniture.  Fully equipped kitchen to prepare any type of meal. A safe to store your valuables.  Beach chairs, mats, towels & coolers. Watch frolicking Whales in the winter months right from our lanai, it’s a real delight. Check out our amenities listed below, we have tried to think of everything right down to a thermos for your trip to Haleakala or early morning sit on the beach. Snorkel gear and boogie boards are all used at your own risk.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • $100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival.
  • All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival.
  • Cancellation on or after arrival date, all funds forfeited.
  • If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata may be issued.

RENTAL POLICIES:

  •  Rates and Taxes can be subject to change
  •  Rates are based on double occupancy
  •  Payment can be made in the form of a US Bank Draft, US Certified Cheque or US Cashiers Cheque.
  • Credit Cards /PayPal are NOT accepted.
  • To secure dates there is a Reservation Deposit of $250 US (which converts to a Damage Deposit upon your arrival).
       This Deposit must be received within ten (10) days of booking. Full payment (US Funds) of the rental fee including Hawaii Taxes is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival date.
  • NOTE : Reservation made less than 60 days prior to arrival date require full payment plus the $250 US Reservation/Damage Deposit.
  • Cleaning Fee – $110 US
  • Check-in 4:00 PM (Hawaiian Time) 
  • Check-out 11:00 AM (Hawaiian Time)
  • Late Checkout Fee – $60 US
  • Lost Keys – $50 US charge for lost keys
