Welcome to Paradise. Let our fully furnished condo be your home away from home during your stay on Maui.  Our Non-Smoking 700 square foot condo is in the desirable “D” building and is perfect for TWO people.  A  fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals or you can choose to BBQ at one of the two BBQ areas the complex offers, one is by the pool and the second one is up on the third floor of the C Bldg. beside the elevator.  The condo has air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen, bedroom as well as a portable tower fan.  We have a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer & curling iron for your convenience.  The condo has free Wifi and free Long Distance to Canada & the US,  we have Smart TV ‘s in the living room and in the bedroom. We have a large lanai to enjoy your morning coffee and evening dinners or sit and read or just relax.

The complex offers free parking in the upper & lower parking lots, please DO NOT PARK in the clearly marked & reserved for “OWNERS” parking stalls.

Just a short walk down the KAK driveway you will find the beautiful Kamaole I Beach Park. Enjoy a stroll along the beach to Kamaole II & III beaches. There is a picnic area at Kam I Beach Park to enjoy amazing sunsets over the ocean. There are two showers at the complex, one in the lower parking lot and the second one next to the recycling/garbage area at the upper parking lot.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

  • $100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival.
  • All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival.
  • Cancellation on or after arrival date – all funds forfeited.
  • If condo can be re-rented, a pro-rata may be issued.

RENTAL POLICIES:

  • Rates and Taxes can be subject to change
  • Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Payment can be made in the form of a US Bank Draft, US Certified Cheque or US Cashiers Cheque. Credit Cards/Paypal are not accepted.
  • To secure dates there is a Reservation Deposit of $250 US (which converts to a Damage Deposit upon your arrival). This Deposit must be received within ten (10) days of booking. Full Payment (US funds) of the rental fee including Hawaii Taxes is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival date.
  • NOTE: Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival date require full payment plus the $250 US Reservation/Damage Deposit.
  • Cleaning fee – $110 US 
  • Check-in 4:00pm (Hawaiian time) & Check-out 11:00am (Hawaiian time)
  • Late Checkout fee – $60 US
  • Lost keys – $50 US charge for lost keys
