In addition you will find it is perfectly located as it is a few feet from the sauna, the two gas BBQ grills, large swimming pool, spa/Jacuzzi, and tennis courts.
My ‘home away from home’ where the tropical décor immediately puts you in the ‘Maui Mood’ is located just steps away from the famed Kamaole Beaches, making it easy to take an early morning swim in the ocean, spend a day at the beach for excellent boogie boarding, body surfing, snorkeling or other beach activities. Let all your cares melt away on the beach or my lanai while sipping your favorite Mai Tai.
On the lanai you will find lounge chairs for your afternoon or evening relaxation and table with 4 chairs for those evening cocktails as the sun sets. You will also find for your many hours of outdoor fun and relaxation on our white sand beaches, beach chairs, beach mats, coolers, and beach towels.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- Cancellation fee is $100.00 with no exceptions.
- Deposit may be forfeited if cancellation is not received at the following times prior to arrival: 0-30 days of arrival there is NO REFUND unless unit is re-booked in which case refund will be made only for days re-booked less the $100 cancellation fee.
RENTAL POLICIES:
- Payment can be made in the form of a US Bank Draft, US Certified check or US Cashiers check. No credit cards or PayPal.
- Deposit of 20% is required to make a reservation.
- High Season – Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Cleaning Fee – $150.00
- $50 US charge for lost keys.
