We had another relaxing stay in this condo. It is so clean and well stocked with everything you could need from cooking utensils to beach needs. We were especially pleased to see whales from our balcony. Everything is so close and convenient and yet is so quiet. Thank you for a great relaxing vacation.

We have been staying at this condo annually for 7 years. It is hard to beat. The owners work very hard at providing you with the best holiday ever. The location of the condo is excellent with just a short walk to great beaches, plazas for restaurants, rental of ocean activities and shopping. It is a place where, when you arrive you can just drop your bags and you are on holidays. Everything you need is in the condo, from the kitchen so well stocked, to all the beach equipment you would need to enjoy your day. Morning coffee on the Lanaii is so peaceful with a wonderful view of the ocean and Molikini island. We have watched the whales many times from this view. We never want to leave and always look forward to coming back to this wonderful place the following year. Thank you Jane and Rick for sharing your little peace of paradise.

We have stayed at Kihei Ali Kai several times. The location is perfect, so many amenities within walking distance, or a short drive away – beach, stores, restaurants. D202 is by far the best unit we have stayed in. It is so well stocked and organized with absolutely anything you would need, from kitchen to beach to pool. We sure hope this condo will be available on our next visit.

We rented the Condo from July 31 to August 8. 2016 and it was fantastic. The condo had everything that we needed from the kitchen to the beach. Took my daughter and mom ( 75 yrs old) and couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Jane and Rick had the condo organized and lots of information on Maui available . The welcome basket was wonderful.The snorkeling at beaches 2&3 was amazing and beach 1 in front of the condo was great for swimming and R&R. The best snorkeling trip was by Redline rafting. Gone on one at the being of the week(wont say with who) wasn’t very happy. If you are snorkelers like me and my daughter go on the red-line rafting ,lots of water time with maximum of 24 at 3 different spots, no anchoring. It was the best trip, thanks Seth & Alex. We had such a wonderful time and love Maui, Thanks Jane and Rick for an awesome vacation, hope to come back next March or April with the rest of the family to enjoy. Dawn, Alise & Tillie

I wasn’t too sure about renting a condo, but wanted to try as we came with a friend who we hadn’t seen a few years. From start to finish, our experience was simply great. This beautiful condo has everything you could possibly need for your holiday. The care that Rick and Jane take in having everything on hand and letting you know where it is made this a most enjoyable stay. That they had all the toys we could possibly use, beach towels, and information guides, including menus for local restaurants made this holiday a breeze. The pool, hot pool and bbqs were well used during our stay. The location could not be better – close to the action and one of the best beaches on Maui, without being close to the noise. I really appreciated also how accessible Rick and Jane were to answer any questions or concerns we had. I know that the condo was an important part of our wonderful vacation and I’m hoping we’ll be able to come back soon. Mahalo!

My husband and I stayed at Jane and Rick’s condo in Kihei as part of an anniversary trip. The location was ideal-within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owners were ultra organized and had every possible item we could have needed. They even left us a welcome basket with a card. We would definitely stay here again. I already miss coffee on the lanai with the view and walking to Kihei Cafe for breakfast.

Just returned from Maui and staying at this condo! Could not ask for more. The owners have anticipated everything. I wish I had realized that before we left and I could have left a beach towel and hair dryer at home and made more room for purchases!! The condo was spacious enough for 4 women, even with us having to share the bathroom. It was clean, well-organized, nicely decorated with a Hawaiian theme and in a great location. We actually really enjoyed being off the beach front as it was peaceful sitting on the lanai listening to the birds. A short walk to the beach and lots of amenities nearby make this a perfect location. Now everyone will know of our dream location!! This was a grad trip for our daughters and they really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to come here with my whole family next time! Mahalo for a wonderful experience!!

This was our 6th time renting this condo and have already booked next year. Thank you for such a clean, well equipped home away from home. The condo may not be right on the beach but we have stayed in all inclusive resorts in Mexico that were “on the beach” and we are way closer to the beach here- maybe a 3 minute walk. We loved watching the turtles between Kamaole Beach 1 and 2 and, as usual, the whales gave us a spectacular show. We just love how quiet and relaxing the condo is and so close to so many amenities.

Our stay at this condo over Christmas was wonderful. First have to thank the owners for allowing us to stay only 12 nights instead of the standard 14 nights other condo rentals insisted on over the Christmas holiday, they were so accommodating. We found it to be so spacious for just two people, and the view from the lanai was lovely. My family was also on vacation with us but in other areas of Kihei and everyone agreed that we were staying in the nicest condo. Everything was labelled and so well organized, and had everything we could have asked for and more. I highly recommend this condo, we loved our stay here and would stay again the next time we return to Maui.

Our month stay here was so quiet and restful with all the amenities you could ask for. The accommodation was neat, tidy well equipped and well organized, definitely home away from home and very comfortable. The location is great for walks to the beaches,restaurants and shopping. My wife and daughter just returned from an 8 night stay at this beautiful condo. All 3 of us agree this was one of the nicest, most comfortable and relaxing accommodations we have ever visited. I wish this was my home. Everything you need is here including a full kitchen with all utensils, dishes, pot and pans, wine glasses, insulated beach bag for taking lunch to the beach,Tupperware, cooler, condiments and spices. The condo has a large spacious private covered lanai with nice views of the ocean and mountains. 4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs are provided along with a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and boogy boards. Beach towels are also provided.The king size bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and our adult aged daughter found the large living room hide a bed excellent as well. The owners have furnished their condo with tremendous Aloha spirit. A beautiful music CD with Hawaiian music was cued in the CD player. Many other CDs and DVDs were available in the unit. The art and decorations were beautiful with Hawaiin theme. Wifi worked perfectly for all our devices. The grounds are immaculate, the pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The location of the condo is within easy walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants. The beach right across the street is wonderful. Everything you would think you like at a vacation condo is here. Free parking is on site. The owners have gone way above and beyond in trying to anticipate what their guests would need and enjoy. The value for your vacation dollar is premium here! You will not want to leave. We have already scheduled another future visit. Those who love Hawaii know how the Aloha spirit embraces you. You will definitely feel that embrace while staying here!!!

My husband and I just left this beautiful home in Maui and I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with this condo. It was incredibly clean, well organized (everything is labeled), and well stocked. There was nothing that they didn’t have that we needed. It is a perfect place for a couple but also could see bringing our little baby girl back in the coming years as it would be a perfect spot for the three of us. The beach is literally right across the street and you can’t beat the location in Kihei. We explored a few other beaches around Maui but liked the one right across the street the best, especially for swimming and sunbathing in the morning. Jane and Rick have taken great care of their second home, it has wonderful energy, and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family. We hope to be back and soon!

We just spent 2 glorious weeks in this condo – it is our 4th stay in this condo and we have next year booked. Thank you for a very clean, up to date, well-appointed condo. There is nothing lacking here – comfortable beds and very quiet. We love the beach – to walk, sit, watch turtles and whales and to watch the sunset. Everything is so central for what we want to see and do. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to friends and family.

This condo is simply the best! It is not only comfortable and cozy but exceptionally spacious, clean and ultra organized. There is nothing missing from this place. The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lanai is spacious and has a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. The owners have taken special care to ensure that your stay is relaxing and that you are well taken of with the help of multiple books and binders full of information to guide you from beaches, to shopping, to local dinning and tourist attractions. We stayed for 3 weeks and we didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to come back.

We have been to Maui 5 times, have stayed here 3 times and have booked this condo again for next year. The condo is very clean, very well maintained and has everything we need for a very relaxing stay (very comfortable bed). It is so quiet here- we are close to the beaches and yet even on the lanai or beside the pool we don’t hear any traffic noise. The beaches are beautiful for not only long relaxing walks or runs but we stand and watch turtles (and even a seal this year) and swimming and snorkeling is excellent. The location is great for nearby excellent restaurants and coffee (shaved ice!) shops. We enjoy live entertainment and find we are central to Mulligan’s on the Blue, Pita Paradise in Wailea, Stella Blues and Maui Coast Hotel. We spend a lot of time on the lanai reading and watching whales. Parking is ample and free- one place we stayed charged $12.00 per night for parking. The first time we stayed we were so pleased with the info the owners left for everything- restaurants, entertainment, maps, etc. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home.

We have stayed in many condos through VRBO in the past. This condo is without a doubt the best experience we’ve had on vacation. The condo is well stocked and everything is labeled and easy to find. The kitchen was outstanding . Everything we needed to prepare meals was available to us. This made our stay so much easier. The decor is very well done clean and current. Great AV equipment. A very clean unit and a very well kept complex. We had a great stay and plan on returning to this unit whenever we can. Thanks for a great experience.

We spent nearly two relaxing weeks in this beautiful condo. It has everything you could ever want for (and MUCH more), providing all of the comforts of home,while vacationing in this island paradise. Everything is well-maintained and meticulously organized, allowing you to kick back, relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Whether it was having our morning coffee on the lanai, lounging by the pool, or making the short walk down to the beach, Rick and Jane’s condo was the perfect place to spend our vacation, and we would recommend it anyone!

I was there for 9 days and loved every minute of it. There was everything that you could possibly need already in the condo. The cal. king bed was so comfortable. The property and condo were spotless and the pool and grilling area were so nice. Although my son did all the cooking which was even better. I am planning on going back.

We have just come back from spending one week at this property. the property is immaculate, has all the comforts of home, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The newly renovated kitchen is beautiful and the condo is really decorated nicely. The complex is very well run and we really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely go back. It is about 1/2 block from the beach which is really nice. Can’t say anything negative about it – it was all really good!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your wonderful hospitality. The suite was wonderful and had everything we needed and then some. It is so central to all of the island sites and close to everything from food to entertainment. We enjoyed our coffee each morning on the deck. This was our first trip to Maui…and the first trip we have ever rented a condo. We were amazed at the cleanliness and organization of this unit. Everything we needed and more was there, everything was labelled which made finding things and keeping things tidy easier. Two TV’s with DVDs in the living room and the bedroom made for quiet time away from others when needed. Beautiful view from the lanai…this condo is everything the advertisement says and more. We will be back to Maui and we will definitely be staying in this condo again. Surrounding area and beaches are stunning. Lots of close by shopping and good food, everything within walking distance. We LOVED IT!

Our stay in this one bedroom condo was over and above what we expected. The condo had all amenities needed and had easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more. The condo was well equipped and organized, kitchen was well stocked, the owners provided beach towels, blankets, chairs and various other beach equipment. Would definitely stay in this condo again…
