Welcome to our piece of paradise! The Kihei Alii Kai is a non-smoking complex. Our unit has both ocean and mountain views. We have taken pride in providing a comfortable setting for your tropical holiday. Our tropical decor includes rattan furniture, and we have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, or you may choose to use the two BBQ areas next to the lower pool area or the upper area next to the shuffleboard and pickleball courts. If you wish, both areas provide seating to enjoy outdoor eating.
We have provided all you need for a fun day at the beach or picnic. You will find in the condo and lanai, coolers, ice packs, boogie boards, beach chairs – all used at your own risk.
After a day at the beach, enjoy the extra-large lanai with lounging chairs and a table and chairs for enjoying the sunsets and in the morning beautiful and amazing sunrises.
We offer a very comfortable California King bed, ceiling and standing fans in the bedroom, kitchen and living areas for your use. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and both a shower and tub combination for your comfort. For your convenience, we have supplied a hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and ironing board.
The condo comes with complimentary wi-fi, free long distance calling to and from Canada and the US. and a Smart TV in the living room for your enjoyment.
