Enjoy an endless summer in my beautiful and completely renovated non – smoking condo.  The condo for 2 people is well equipped and has everything you need for your endless summer vacation. There is a designer bathroom featuring a large walk in shower with a rainfall shower head. The bedroom has a comfy Queen-size bed. There are fans in every room to help keep you cool. Enjoy the large lanai for your morning coffee and your vacation meals. The kitchen is well equipped for your vacation meals.

This condo has been in the family since 1979 and loved by all. It is a special retreat for me as I love the warm weather and beautiful beaches. I live in Calgary, Alberta and love to get away from the cold and snow.

Note:  This rate does not include the 14.42% Hawaiian State Taxes ,  $90.00 maid fee or the damage deposit .





  • Rates are subject to change unless a deposit has been made.
  • Payment can be made in US funds by cash, bank draft or credit card by way of PayPal. The 4% charge from PayPal is the renters responsibility. A personal check can be accepted if arranged ahead of time.
  • Deposit is $500.00 USD and can be fully refunded up to 90 before arrival at which time the final payment is due. Once final payment is made, refunds may be given only if condo is rebooked.
  • Damage deposit is $300.00 which will be returned via the method that you have used for payment.
  • Re-Keying charge if lost, is $75.00 USD

Check-in time is 3:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am (unless otherwise arranged at time of booking)


  • This is a non-smoking unit. As well the complex is non-smoking other than in the designated areas
  • Pets are not permitted in this complex. Do not feed the feral cats and birds as they continue to come back after you have left and leave a mess.
  • Complete a registration form at the office and display the part for your car at all times. Failure to display the pass could result in towing at your expense.
  • No refunds will be given for storms, weather or any other natural occurrence that may occur.
  • Reservations taken under false pretenses, i.e. more than 2 people.. will be subject to removal with forfeiture of all funds.
  • Any equipment that may be in the condo is to be used at your own risk.
  • I would ask that if you are sharing meals or taking things out of the condo, that all the same items be returned. We want to ensure all guests have everything they need that we have supplied.
