Welcome to our little piece of paradise on the Island of Maui. Our centrally located, clean and spacious one bedroom condo for 2 that has everything you need for your vacation.
Our well maintained home away from home has a beautiful well stocked kitchen for preparing your vacation meals . We offer a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We supply all the laundry soap, dish soap, linens, towels ,coolers, beach chairs and beach towels and also a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. There are travel mugs and non-breakable dishes to take to the pool .Enjoy your meals on our large lanai that has some views to the ocean or head to one of Maui’s beautiful beaches for a picnic.
We have tried hard to ensure that you have a wonderful vacation in our home and we know you will love our place as much as we do!

RATES:
All fees quoted are in USD and are subject to change unless deposit has been made.

| December 11 to April 14 3 night minimum stay | $225 per night |
Note: This rate does not include the 17.75% Hawaiian State Taxes and does not include the $90.00 maid fee.
RENTAL POLICIES:
- Payment can be made in US funds by cash, bank draft or credit card by way of Paypal. The 4% charge from Paypal is the renters responsibility. A personal check can be accepted if timing is 90 days before arrival.
- Deposit is $500.00 USD and can be fully refunded up to 90 before arrival at which time the final payment is due.
- Once final payment is made, refunds may be given only if condo is rebooked.
- Lost key/rekeying charge is $75.00 USD
Check in time is 3:00 pm
Checkout time is 10:00 am
Late checkout may be possible but must be arranged ahead of time.
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
- This is a non-smoking unit. As well the complex is non-smoking other than in the designated areas
- Pets are not permitted in this complex. Also do not feed the feral cats and birds as they continue to come back after you have left and leave a mess.
- Complete a registration form at the office and display the part for your car at all times. Failure to display the pass could result in towing at your expense.
- No refunds will be given for storms, weather or any other natural occurrence that may occur.
- Reservations taken under false pretenses, i.e. more than 2 people..will be subject to removal with forfeiture of all funds.
- Any equipment that may be in the condo is to be used at your own risk.
- I would ask that if you are sharing meals or taking things out of the condo, that all the same items be returned. We want to ensure all guests have everything they need that we have supplied.
