We spent our 2 week honeymoon at the condo. It was exactly how they described it in the listing. Clean, well stocked, well maintained, perfect location and very comfortable. Could not have asked for more. The binder with all kinds of info about the island was a great help. Great “bang for your buck”. We were very happy that we chose this property. The majority of our time was spend at the many amazing beaches that are a quick walk or drive. We really appreciated the use of chairs, umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards! We will return to this property and would recommend it to everyone! This was our first experience with VRBO, the owners were patient with me and put all my worries to rest. Very helpful and easy to work with.

What a wonderful home! Highly organized and everything available to cater to all our needs. We enjoyed a great holiday and saw everything and then some, including 50 turtles ingathered in a tiny bay! You, Diane and Sam, are truly remarkable and have absolutely everything in this condo to provide guests with a “home away from home”.

Absolutely awesome condo stocked with everything from: binoculars, spices, condiments, beach gear, etc. Great location; close to beaches, great restaurants, stores, and more. Nice complex and very well maintained. Great owners who are very easy to work with and really care that their guests feel comfortable (even provided us with their personal cell numbers in the event we needed anything and even asked us for feedback on the unit). Certainly would recommend this unit for anyone desirous of staying in Maui.

We spent 6 weeks in the condo and found that it was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you would find at home plus all the beach toys you could ask for. There is a huge west facing lanai with 2 very comfortable lounge chairs for watching the sunset. The unit is located one short block from Kamaole 2 Beach. The owners and their local representative were very accommodating. We would strongly recommend renting the unit and will do so our selves at some time in the future.

My wife and I decided to spend our 10 year anniversary in Maui, and we found this awesome condo in Kihei. It is right across the street from the beach, and very close to local restaurants, and an ABC store. There is a Snorkel Bobs around the corner as well as a Boss Frog’s where we rented a stand-up paddle board. The bed is comfy, there are plenty of signs inside the condo explaining where things are and how to properly care for the unit. The lanai is large and has two awesome chairs where we would spend our evenings. The lanai was even visited by native geckos and it was awesome watching them crawl around and eat the insects by the outdoor light. The washing machine and dryer is in the condo and was great for washing our clothes before we headed home. The bathroom has also been upgraded since these photos were taken and it is really pretty now.
We will be coming back to this same unit on our next Maui trip. We loved it here. I would highly recommend for a nice couple’s romantic vacation.

We spent a week here in mid-January and found this unit was just great. Great location, easy walking to the sea and sand, bike rentals, cafes, good restaurants, all within a few blocks or less. The condo itself is very nice. The lanai is set up with two big easy chairs for catching that late afternoon sun, and a nice table for eating outside. Bed is a king and very comfortable. The condo complex has a very usable pool, hot tub and even a sauna. We visited other condos and this was the nicest one. and for a good price. We would try to stay in this unit again. Enjoy.

We were so happy we chose this condo! We arrived on Christmas Eve and were pleased as soon as we opened the door. The condo looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean, and there was Christmas music playing! Having rented numerous times through VRBO we appreciated how well stocked the condo was and all of the extras included from basic condiments in the fridge, to all of the supplies & goodies needed for the beach & day trips.
The location is fantastic as it’s only 20mins from the Airport. We had a rental car for our trip as we like to explore but you could easily getaway without one. Numerous beaches within walking distance and lots of restaurants & shops. The owners have done a fantastic job of supplying information & recommendations for dining, activities, etc. They were also excellent to deal with for the entire booking, answering any questions & providing us with additional info about the Island. We would stay here again, and will recommend it to friends & family.

This condo was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Maui! It’s was so well set-up, clean and had all the amenities you could want. It’s convenient located near so many of the beaches in Kihei, and within walking distance from all three Kam’s and Wailea. There’s lots of restaurants and stores nearby if you want to do some shopping, including Foodland and a farmer’s market where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables! The tennis courts were a real treat of us, and my wife loved the jacuzzi to relax.
We’re really going to miss the breakfasts on Lanai of fresh papaya and pineapple, you can’t get any better! We will definitely stay here again our next time back to Maui!

We would highly recommend staying in this condo. We arrived and were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach and picnic supplies were an added bonus. The location was very close to a great beach and restaurants. The pool was very relaxing and we found the whole condo complex to be quiet and private. The owners were easy to contact and helpful with any questions or inquires we had. We would recommend all our friends and family stay at this listing and when we return to the island we would definitely stay at in this condo again.

This condo was by far the best one we have ever rented. We have stayed in Kihei 13 times, most of those in All’i Kai and have never come across a cleaner, more well appointed condo this one! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The unit was spotless, decor was inviting and overall very spacious. We loved lounging on the lanai, watching the birds, geckos and seeing the ocean in the distance. Although the pool was just below our bedroom, there was very little noise as it closes at 9:00 PM. The entire complex seems to hush after 9:00. There were no issues with loud parties except for the Olympic gold medal hockey game during the day! We loved the beach equipment even boogie boards. The kitchen had everything you could ask for – small appliances, plastic glasses and dishes for BBQ area, bowls and serving dishes. We ate on the lanai most nights enjoying the breezes. Our favorite beach is Kamaole 1 which is really just across the street. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners gave an amazing detailed map to get to the condo and had lots of material available to show what there was to do on Maui. We will be staying here again. Just can’t wait to get back!

Our stay at unit 401338 was very nice. I’ve been coming to Maui every year, for the past 20 years. We have stayed at many different properties and found this property to be one of the nicest, for several reasons. The location is perfect, close to stores, restaurants, and some of our favorite beaches. It’s a short drive to Wailea and our favorite beach, Big Beach. The condo has a nice swimming pool and large jacuzzi to enjoy. The BBQ area is really nice and convenient to use. The bed is very comfortable, as well as the pullout couch.The lanai is really nice, with comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked, with just about everything u could ever need. The complex has quiet hours, that we really appreciated. The property is very well maintained and the location and price is outstanding. I would recommend this property to anyone and am looking forward to returning to this property and this unit. The owners are wonderful to work with. The pictures of the condo are exactly what u see and experience. You will not be disappointed. We also liked that the complex was small and not so crowded and crazy.

Our stay at this condo was a truly enjoyable experience.
When we walked into the condo, we were immediately impressed with how neat and tidy the place was. We have done a fair bit of traveling and believe this is probably one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. The owners clearly care very much about their condo, and it is evident in the care that is taken in the upkeep.
The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed in terms of appliances and kitchenware. They even provided a couple of essential condiments, which was wonderful.
The king sized bed is very comfortable – not too hard, not too mushy and the bedding was of a good quality.
The unit has WiFi, which was invaluable when it came to keeping in touch with the family back home, and cable TV.
The lanai overlooks an undeveloped patch of land and you can see the ocean just off in the distance. Sitting on the lanai was incredibly quiet and peaceful (one of us fell asleep on one of the comfy chairs there!) except when the downstairs renter’s cute little toddlers played an impromptu game of tag in the lawn just below us for about 1/2 an hour.
The neighbours were friendly, but not obtrusive.
The front door and bedroom window overlooks the hot tub, which could have been an issue as I am a light sleeper, but as the pool area closes down at nine (and apparently so do I on Hawaiian time), all was good with the world!
The pool is nice – there are several people who seem to enjoy sunning themselves during the day there, but we only took advantage of it in the evening after a quick soak in the hot tub.
The location is awesome, as it’s just a short walk down the hill and you are standing at the southern edge of Kam I beach. We loved that we could just pop on our bathing suits and head down for a quick morning dip in the ocean, a stroll on the beautiful Kam I beach or snorkel with the turtles off of Kam II. The owners provide most beach equipment, except for snorkeling gear, which can be rented at a reasonable cost just down the hill at Boss Frogs or Snorkel Bobs. A short stroll down the street brought us to all sorts of restaurants and shops. I recommend hitting up the cinnamon bun place for a breakfast treat and the Fred’s Mexican Cafe for some tasty tacos (go on Taco Tuesday).
The owners were nice, and very prompt with any questions that we had.I would recommend renting this unit to everyone.

We had two wonderful weeks in this well-equipped condo. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the use of the beach gear, the comfortable bed and the helpful hints posted throughout the condo. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet location, away from traffic but only two minute walk to the beach. We hope to be back in 2015. We have stayed in two other units previously but this one was the best.

Your condo is great, and close to where we have stayed before, but it is so very much more peaceful…When we arrived we noticed how clean an impressive your condo was. Things were very comfortable and we found it very well stocked from binoculars to extra batteries, spices and condiments, a coffee grinder and a soap dispenser in the shower! We were truly impressed! We have stayed in many VRBO condos and homes and other rental vacation units, and I can say without hesitation, this was furnished the best to ensure guests would be off to a good start. We also appreciate all the binders with information to let us know about local restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, etc. Truly impressive and helpful even for those of us who know our way around Kihei and the surrounding area. Overall we give your unit a 5 star for cleanliness, location, amenities, furnishings, etc. We both agreed that we would definitely stay at your unit again.
