Saturday morning market in Wailuku is a must for fresh fruit, vegetables and souvenirs.

If you want to see the huge turtles, drive past Paia to Ho’okipa where people watch the surfers on the big waves. Drive down to the lower parking area and head back towards the cliffs. Turtles start arriving on the beach to rest around 6:00 pm each evening. Naturalists are there for any questions and to protect the turtle.
