Our Kihei vacation condo is located on the quiet side of the complex and just steps from the upper parking lot and the elevator, yet on the 3rd floor with a view of the West Maui Mountains and a “Peek-a-boo” view of the ocean. Since we are on a private road, it is very quiet while sitting on the lanai.
We try to keep our condo fully stocked for guests that want to lounge on the lanai or go sit by the pool and have the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, coolers for a nice day on one of our wonderful beaches that are just steps from the condo.
Our remodeled kitchen has everything you will need for the BBQ’s that are on the same level as our condo, or for preparing a great meal in the condo.
The living room hosts a 50” TV, a Queen sleeper couch, ceiling fan, A/C, or just open the lanai door and let the afternoon breezes flow thru the condo.
So pack your flip flops, a bathing suit, and a relaxed attitude to have a special Holiday in our “Little Piece of Paradise”.

- Rates are based on 2 guests; add $10.00 per night, per additional guest.
- $100 cleaning fee per stay.
- All rates are quoted in US dollars, and do not include the Hawaii Taxes of 17.75%.
- Please Note: Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
CHECK IN Time: 3 PM – Checkout: 10 AM
$250 Deposit to book reservation required. This changes to a damage/additional cleaning deposit upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- A thirty day (30) notice is required for cancellation.
- If less than a 30 day notice, the $250 is forfeited.
- Depending on the circumstances (and at our discretion) if we can re-rent the unit for any cancelled nights, a portion of your payment may be refunded.
- Early departure does not warrant a refund.
RENTAL POLICIES:
- Rates are subject to change without notice unless reservation is secured.
- Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guests are $10/night/person.
- $100 cleaning fee per stay.
- To secure your reservation, a $250 deposit is required. Upon your arrival, this will become a damage deposit.
- Payment can be made only in the form of a US Bank Draft, US Certified Check or US Cashier’s Check.
- Payment in full must be received 60 days before arrival.
- Late checkout fee is $75
- Lost key charge is $50.
Credit Cards/ PayPal are not accepted.
