Lori’s condo, D-206, in Kihei, is like a home away from home for us. We are return clients, having stayed in the condo a number of times. The condo complex is perfectly located , a short stroll above the Kamaole Beach Park’s, and is walking distance from shopping and dining opportunities, which are numerous and varied. The complex is one of the best in Kihei, and is a total value. Who needs to spend $450+ a night for a hotel and add meals to your daily expenses?

The unit has been updated and is well maintained. It was spick and span when we checked in. It is a very comfortable place to anchor your Maui vacation around, whether a malahini (first time visitor) or a long time visitor. I highly recommend a stay in this beautiful Maui condo, here, in sunny Kihei.

Thanks Lori, for sharing your Maui home with us, again.

My wife and I have stayed at Kihei Alii Kai many times in the past but haven’t been for a few years. We actually stayed in D-206 in the past and it has been upgraded considerably. The unit is well appointed and stocked with everything you’d need to make your stay enjoyable. This included great beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. There were plenty of towels, linens and everything we needed in the kitchen. The lanai is very peaceful and has a nice view of the ocean. I especially liked the location as walking is sometimes difficult for me. The condo is close to the parking lot and there are only five steps and you’re at the door. The complex is just above one of the best beaches on Maui and close to restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We will definitely return to this condo and are already planning our trip for next year. The owner, Lori, was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip a success. I only gave a five star rating because there wasn’t a sixth.

The owner went above and beyond with her communications, and everything was wonderful. Nice view of the ocean, the little corner the condo is tucked in is very quiet. Never heard another person outside when I was sleeping, unlike when you stay in a hotel!! The only thing I forgot to bring was a cord to hook my ipod to the stereo (it doesnt have a tuner, so no radio, but it does have a CD changer with a port on the front to plug an aux cable from your headphone jack) Or Ill bring a CD next time! Would stay here again, and next time, Ill leave my heavy hair dryer at home, so I have more room in the bag for souvenirs, since there is one in the bathroom, along with some soap, and bug spray, and sun screen left behind by others. In case anyone is wondering… the condo is not ADA friendly, BUT, if you park in the parking lot, there is only one small set of about 5 steps to get to this condo, so if it’s hard for you to walk, this is a great place to stay.

We spent 17 days here. Close to Kamaole I beach which is the best! Condo had everything we needed and even things we didn’t figure would be there. Far building from street makes it quiet. A great choice for us.

We found our stay extremely comfortable and can not tell you how much we appreciated the “little” things that you do not need much of but do need like salt.pepper, band-aids, laundry soap, and hair dryer. It made you feel like you were staying in a friend’s home. We absolutely loved our trip and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Teri
