B204 is a second floor end unit so there is no walk-by traffic.   Professionally cleaned & supplied with some TP, paper towels, laundry soap & other necessities prior to each guests arrival.

Tropical decor,  AC & every kitchen item you need + two coffee makers – Keurig and Drip.  Full size washer & dryer.  Free  WIFI & long distance to the US & Canada.  Two Flat Screen TV’s – living room & bedroom.  CD/Radio & DVD player in living room.  Large lanai has dining table, 4 chairs & 2 lounges.

For your beach days we have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers & sunscreen.  KAK’s  pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, bar-b-que area are newly renovated and a great place to mingle with other guests & residents.

Walk across the street to 3 of the best beaches on Maui – Kamaole 1, 2 & 3.  There are bar-b-ques and picnic tables so  you can have a spectacular sunset dinner.

KAK is located behind the Dolphin Plaza & within walking distance to Rainbow Mall & Kamaole Shopping Center that have many cool shops and great restaurants.  A few miles away are Kalama Village, Kukui Mall with a new movie theater, Piilani Shopping Center (Safeway) & Shops of Wailea.

Winter months on Maui are in the 80’s and we have incredible Humpback Whales visiting from  November thru April.  Maui Spring, Summer & Fall are also in the 80’s & are a perfect time to enjoy Maui with fewer visitors on Island.  All the Island activities are year round.

Be sure to visit the Maui Swap Meet every Saturday, 7am to 1pm, for tons of local artisans, wonderful local fruit, vegetables & exotic flowers.  Check out the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, MACC, for concerts & events.
